Door to Door Home care (DHC) is a registered company/organization working in rural Districts of Uganda. We offer Home Based Care Services, Promote Community Health Interventions, and Conduct Trainings for Home Care Assistants.

We are committed to contribute to reduction of maternal mortality in Uganda. We have designed programs to reach out to pregnant mothers, health educate, offer anti natal care and attach a midwife to a particular mother until the mother delivers safely. The same midwife continue with post-natal care at home to make sure both the mother and baby are safe.

Door2Door Home care through school health promotion supports Nsiika Junior School in remote District of Buhweju health services and talks. So we call upon you to join us to add a smile to the many vulnerable children to attain education.

Our team consist of Public Health Specialists, Medical Officers, Clinical Officers, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Nutritionist, Counselors and Home care Assistants. Our team reaches out to Remote Communities to Screen for Hypertension, Diabetes and Malnutrition.

They also offer health education on improved hygiene and sanitation through use of Sato toilets. So Please Join us to make a contribution in lives of vulnerable and marginalized population in Buhweju District.
